Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) plus Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay) NPA as per rules (Total emoluments at the time of initial appointment will be around Rs. 47,250/-)
Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 38 years for OBC candidates, not exceeding 40 years for SC /ST candidates on normal closing dates in respect of vacancies reserved for them. Relaxation for various categories would be as per rules. OBC s included in the Central list and list Notified by Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi would be eligible for age relaxation under this category.
Essential Qualification :
I. Degree in Homeopathy from a recognised University or Statutory State Board/Council of equivalent recognised under the Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973).
II. Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Homeopathy.
Note : The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Duty(ies) : The GDMO will provide comprehensive homeopathic medical care, preventive and curative to the patients.
After examination of a patient, the GDMO will record symptoms and findings in brief, investigation done, diagnosis and the treatment prescribed on the OPD ticket.
The officer will carry out such other duties as may be assigned by the Directorate from time to time.
Probation : One year
Head Quarter : Delhi
Other Details : General Central Civil Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Delhi Health Services Rules of General Duty Medical Offilcer(Homeopathy). The vacancies are permanent.
Any Other Conditions : Private practice of any kind whatsoever is prohibited.
